Medication error becomes one of the main concerns in ensuring patient safety. In 2020, X Hospital reported medication incidents. Although categorized near miss, incidents should have been prevented. One methods to prevent errors is by applying seven rights administration. This study aimed identify inhibiting factors implementation administration and obtain alternative solutions those obstacles. used an analytic observational design with a cross-sectional design. Data were collected from observations survey. Observations survey through questionnaires 20 nurses at made see procedure. At end data collection, interviews conducted find out obstacles inpatient installation The results show that root causes standard operating procedure (SOP) has not standardized nurses' non-compliance behavior on To resolve errors, hospital manager revise SOP, conduct internal workshops, perform scheduled supervision nurses.
